I announced on my Facebook last week that I was currently researching and planning my new fitness regimen for Spring 2012. A lot of my readers were curious and wanted to know what I would be doing. After countless hours and days spent researching and perfecting my new regimen, I finally have it done. At the end of February, I like to stop focusing on muscle isolation, "bulking" and building muscle so much and focus on my cardiovascular strength and leaning out. Well all know the big determination is your diet (ugh!) but I feel strongly my new regimen will help tremendously. It is different than what I have done before and may across as a little odd, but I am confident and feel strongly about it. I love trying new things in the fitness world and always use myself as the guinea pig for trial and errors for regimen's. So here is a sample of a two-week work out for my new regimen:
