A lot of people ask me why no matter what I do in life, how busy I get, or how much stress I am under - how I always have time to train.
After careful thought and asking myself that question; here is what I truly feel;
There is something unbeknownst to many about the all-around sport of ‘fitness’. It doesn’t matter if you are a Bikini, Body, Figure builder, or you just want to train for life – this sport is so much more than a physical appearance. Training is your life; motivation comes from your soul, determination from your heart, and strength from your mind. It is that last mile that hurts, it’s those last reps that you can barely lift, that separate champions from ordinary people. Your body will do, what your mind makes it. To train and complete you must be more mentally strong that physically; that is why I love this sport so much. I don’t have time to train, I make it.
